I have been waiting for this book to be available. The anticipation of waiting was worth the read.

This book is a heartbreaking journey of love, healing and self-acceptance.
Gabby is a recent Berkley college grad looking forward to her future with her boyfriend Clark Thompson and her best friend Fran Heller.
Clark is compassionate and is the love of her life, she could not be happier with him.

After graduation her life takes a turn that sends her running to New York City with Fran.
Fran encourages Gabby in every way possible to push her way back to being happy. Fran’s outgoing and man-crazy.

Three years later still in New York her life has become solitary and monotonous.
Enter Dane a gorgeous green-eyed man that bowls Gabby over. Dane is everything Gabby thinks she needs. Dane is hot, rich and asks nothing of Gabby. The sex is hot, powerful but leaves her unfulfilled.

During this time, Gabby meets Brad.  She is a natural born klutz and leaves a lasting impression on him their first meeting.
Brad is persistent in a subtle way. He is always there, when she needs a smile, a coffee, soup and even candy fix. Brad makes way in to heart but will Gabby let him stay there.

Sometimes the hardest struggle is to let yourself be happy.
